    Yeah, it's weird isn't. Even my wrist is slimmer. Even my fingers are slimmer!!! My face looks so different, it's actually creeping me out looking at old photos. I keep wanting to delete all of them and leave no trace of fat Helen. but I'm not sure.

  6. No no no!!! Don't delete! They will serve as a reminder not only of how well you have done but to stop you from ever going back (unless the band is a lifelong fixture?)I like looking at pictures of myself from fatter days and thinking "What WAS I eating??? WHALES!?!!"
